If you want to get fit, improve on strength and sharpen those striking skills then this is the class for you. An hour-long class 30 minutes Strength and conditioning and 30 minutes boxing technique and pad work. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have done a bit of boxing before we accommodate for all levels of skill and fitness.

Class is every Monday and Wednesday at 6:00pm 

The first class is free and you get a free pair of boxing gloves when you sign up!  


The Bootykick boot-camp class is a very popular and unique ladies only strength and conditioning and kickboxing class. The strength and conditioning half of the class is taken by a fully qualified experienced personal trainer from Musclelab and consists of a variety of stations attacking every part of the body. The other half is taken by a female black belt instructor who will put you through your paces. This class is suitable for any fitness level, all we ask is that you give it your all, remember you get back what you put in! The first class is free and you get a free pair of boxing gloves when you sign up!


£5.00 per class every Thursday at 8.00pm;

This class is a 30 minute intense bodyweight circuit.

This isn’t for the faint hearted! Short bursts of high intensity exercise followed by short bursts of lower intensity exercise.
